How It Works

Free Booth Space for Nonprofits

What It Costs

  • Booth space: Free for non-profit and community service organizations
  • Food drive entry: Each volunteer at your booth brings one non-perishable food item, or the cash equivalent — the same entry donation we ask of every attendee
  • Where it goes: All donations support the First Unitarian Food Pantry

What to Bring

  • Canopy: Your own 10×10 canopy, weighted with 25 lbs per leg
  • Setup: Your own tables, chairs, and decorations
  • Arrival: Setup from 8:00 AM; booths ready by 9:30 AM
  • Registration: Complete the booth registration form — space is limited and confirmed by email
